In 1993 HV pioneered Third Party PCB Repairs & Service for Schlafhorst Autoconer M/c. HV entered the field of Electronic Repairs with a vision to provide comprehensive repairs & services of Most Complex Circuit Boards in the industry. The dedication and concentration on repairs has paid us over the years. Unlike many other so called PSEUDO repairers, HV has all the needed repair facilities In-House and all the repairs are done under the guidance of Mr. Harsh Mehta (BE, MBA Gold Medalist).

Over the years, HV has mastered the art of PCB repairs for Schlafhorst 238 & 338 M/cs which includes repairs of Computer Card (Sp. Rechner, 146 & 147 Model), Inverter Card (Wechselrichter 146 & 147 Model), DC-DC Converters, Evaluation PCB's (Loepfe & Peyer), Sensing Heads (TK 740 / 750), Doffer PCB's (GM, DM, E32, A64, S41, V41, P41 etc), Lower End Sensors, and last but not the least Informator Keyboard Repairs (147 Model).

Besides repairs of PCB's, we also successfully undertake repairs of Tension Motors, Waxing Motors, Cyclic or Pilot Motors for Autoconer 238 and 338 machines. With our expertise, your damaged and jammed motors can be put back in working condition as good as new ones.

Also, we undertake repairs of Pneumatic Valves for Autoconer 238 and 338 machines. Our repaired valves perform as good as new ones. Valves are costly component and such effective repairs helps you cut costs on new component purchase and re-utilize your Original OEM part.

HV is also proud to inform to be the first and the only repairers for Informator Keyboard (also called Front Cover) for Schlafhorst Autoconer 238 (147 RM/D/V Model M/cs). With due repairs & replacement of damaged Plastic Film Circuit Board and Upper Sticker Layers, our repaired Keyboards are as good as Brand New. Besides repairs, we can also provide complete new keyboard and also provide service keyboard to keep your m/c running, while your damaged keyboard is under repairs.

We have also developed OP7 (SIMATIC) KEYBOARD for L-R Ring Frames. Many of our customers have had problems with the damaged keyboards and faulty keys making the complete control panel redundant. Hence we have found a cost effective way to just replace the damaged keyboard sticker layer with new membrane keyboard and put back your OP7 control panel to use. This can be done at your end without sending the control panel to us. It is just a matter of minutes and no expertise is required

We maintain stock of only Imported Genuine electronic components (IC's, diodes, transistors, MosFETs, IGBT's, Thyristors, SCR's, Microprocessors, EPROMs, RAMs and variety of semiconductors. We have exhaustive library of components and datasheets, a must for repair centre. We are open to share any informative material with our customers. Even we will source obsolete and hard to find type of components for you. You don't need to stock the components, we will do it for you.
